MA Psychosynthesis Psychology Integrative Therapist | MBACP

My Approach

My therapeutic work is rooted in Psychosynthesis, a holistic approach developed by Roberto Assagioli that honours the whole person - mind, body, emotions and spirit. Healing happens when we can integrate all parts of ourselves, including the difficult and wounded places we often try to hide.

In our work together, I create a space where you can explore your inner landscape with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether you're grieving, recovering, or simply feeling stuck, my approach invites you to discover your own resilience, creativity and capacity for growth.

My Journey

My therapy journey has been one of integration - weaving together different cultures, languages and ways of understanding what it means to be human. Originally from Brazil, I have lived in the UK for 30 years, carrying with me a deep appreciation for diversity and the healing power of being truly seen and heard in one's own language.

My path began with a BA in Linguistics and French, followed by years working as a translator - an early expression of my fascination with how we communicate, make meaning and how language shapes our inner and outer worlds. This passion for understanding human experience eventually led me towards the deeper language of the psyche and the heart.

Having navigated my own journey through profound loss and addiction recovery, I bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding to my work. My path into therapy began after experiencing grief in my twenties - an experience that, whilst devastating, ultimately led me to this calling: to walk alongside others through their darkest moments and help them find their way back to themselves.

I qualified as an Integrative Therapist in 2016 and completed my Master's degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London, graduating with merit in 2025.

My exploration of healing has been enriched by spiritual studies, including nine months spent living in Brazil's Atlantic Forest, where I studied Vedic philosophy, and five weeks in India, where I deepened my understanding of the intersection between psychology and spirituality. These experiences continue to inform my way of being with others - with reverence for the mystery of the human journey.
