Therapy

Therapy is a longer, deeper journey of self-exploration and healing. It offers a safe and compassionate space where the roots of patterns, wounds, and struggles can be gently uncovered and understood. In therapy, we work at depth, attending not only to what is happening now but also to the history, emotions and unconscious layers that shape your experience of life. This process takes time — it is not a quick fix — but through it emerges integration, resilience and a more authentic sense of self. Therapy is for those who wish to explore beneath the surface, to understand themselves more fully, and to heal in ways that ripple into every aspect of their lives.

Coaching

Coaching is a more focused and time-limited process, designed to support you in moving from where you are to where you want to be. It is goal-oriented, practical, and forward-looking, offering clarity and momentum for the changes you wish to make. In coaching, we identify your values and aspirations, set achievable goals, and explore strategies that empower you to take confident, meaningful steps. While therapy also looks deeply into the past to heal, coaching concentrates on the present and the future — helping you unlock your potential and create tangible behaviours that support your goals.

Walking Therapy

Walking therapy is an invitation to bring the process of reflection and healing into gentle movement. For some, being outdoors makes it easier to speak, to breathe and to connect with what is unfolding inside. It is a choice for the client who prefers to be in movement whilst processing, finding that the rhythm of walking side by side allows thoughts and feelings to flow with greater ease. Surrounded by the grounding presence of the natural world, new perspectives often arise — the sky above, the earth beneath your feet, and the changing landscape all become companions in the journey. Walking therapy can be woven into therapy, offering an embodied, spacious and restorative way of working.

About Me

I am an Integrative and Psychosynthesis Therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology from the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. Originally from Brazil, I have made London my home for the past 28 years, bringing with me both the depth of my professional training and the richness of my cultural roots.

My approach combines psychology, spirituality and the wisdom of lived experience, providing a compassionate space for exploration, healing and growth. I work with individuals who wish to reconnect with themselves, change old patterns and find a more authentic way of being.

Whether you are facing loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, or a deeper quest for meaning, I warmly invite you to start this journey of transformation with me.

I support individuals through depression, the complexities of addiction, the profound process of bereavement and exploring crises of meaning and purpose. These are some examples of the many ways I have helped people find clarity and healing.

Each person carries within them an intrinsic yearning for wholeness and authentic connection. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and respect, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where your unique story is heard and honoured.

Integrating the principles of Psychosynthesis with a holistic, Integrative approach, I assist you in exploring the many facets of yourself — including the hidden or wounded parts — gently guiding the process of healing, transformation and rediscovery of your true self.

This process cultivates resilience, nurtures your inner resources, and opens pathways towards renewed meaning, peace and vitality in your life.

Sessions are available in person at my consulting room in Hampstead, London or online, in both English and Portuguese.
